Benefits and Properties:

• Fennel Seed: Mild anti-inflammatory and expectorant.
• Licorice Root: Strong mucosal anti-inflammatory that soothes dry coughs and sore throats.
• Marshmallow Root: Soothes and reduces swelling in mucous membranes and lungs.
• Ginger: Enhances immune function, improves blood circulation, and has strong anti-inflammatory effects.
• Cinnamon: Powerful antimicrobial with strong antibacterial and antifungal properties.
• Wild Cherry Bark: Excellent expectorant.
• Valerian Root: Used as an antispasmodic. Note: May act as a stimulant for some individuals.

Recommended for ages 1 and older due to raw honey.

Directions for Use:

Take 1-2 teaspoons every hour or two throughout the day, or use during coughing flare-ups.

Can be added to any drink or smoothie to mask the flavor if needed.
