Benefits and Properties:

• Echinacea: Boosts antibody formation, stimulates white blood cell production, antiviral, antiseptic, immune stimulant, and lymphatic support.
• Elecampane: Clears phlegm and mucous from the lungs.
• Ginger: Enhances immune function, improves blood circulation, and reduces inflammation.
• Cinnamon: Antimicrobial with strong antibacterial and antifungal properties.
• Licorice Root: Soothes esophageal and respiratory inflammation, eases dry coughs and sore throats.

Recommended for ages 1 and older due to raw honey.

Directions for Use:

Adults: Take 10-15ml 3-5 times a day as needed.
Children (1+): Take 5-7.5ml 3-5 times a day as needed.

Can be added to any drink or smoothie to mask the flavor if needed.
