Our Restore and Recover blend is the perfect formulation of calming and adaptogenic herbs to unwind after a long day, help your body fight stress and re-regulate your nervous system. Tastes great hot or over ice.

Brew Instructions: 1-3 tsp of tea in 8 oz of hot water
Steep for 3-7 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
